Robinson Franzman LLP is a dynamic Atlanta law firm focused on delivering top-tier real estate, corporate, and litigation services. We are seeking a mid-to-senior Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of litigation experience to join our team and help manage complex civil matters.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment while supporting trial preparation, e-discovery, and case management across state and federal courts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong academic background
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management software
• Familiarity with case management systems and e-discovery tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documents in both state and federal courts
• Assist with case preparation, including trial binders, exhibits, subpoenas, and deposition prep
• Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, and attorney schedules
• Organize and maintain case files and electronic databases
• Conduct factual and legal research to support case strategies
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts
• E-file documents using state and federal court systems (e.g., PACER, CM/ECF)
• Provide administrative support as needed to litigation attorneys
