• Coordinate day-to-day case activity, track deadlines, and maintain organized litigation files.
• Assist with preparing, reviewing, and filing pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and other case documents.
• Manage document collection, review, and production, including work within e-discovery platforms.
• Organize deposition materials, summarize testimony, and prepare exhibits and witness files.
• Help attorneys prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Conduct factual research and assist with briefing and appellate materials.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and service providers.
• Identify upcoming needs and follow through on outstanding items to keep matters progressing.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience handling complex civil matters and supporting cases in federal court.
