Debski & Associates, P.A. is hiring an experienced Paralegal/Litigation Legal Assistant to be a part of a great team. We are a statewide Litigation firm based in Jacksonville, Florida and are AV rated by Martindale Hubbell.

Our firm is a considered a small firm with only 12-14 people and therefore being crossed trained on many aspects of the firm will be provided. A qualified candidate will have the following skills: 2+ years Florida civil litigation experience, Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a

Qualifications

• 2+ years Florida civil litigation experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Associates/Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience setting hearings and depositions.
• Trial preparation experience.
• Experience maintaining a litigation calendar through Outlook.
• E-filing experience.
• Post judgment/garnishment experience a plus.
• Accounts receivable experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support trial preparation and case management activities.
• Maintain a litigation calendar and coordinate hearings/depositions.
• Assist with e-filing and court filings.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, and staff to ensure timelines.
• Assist with collections and AR tasks as needed.
