Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of litigation experience and a high school diploma or GED. Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience required.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive computer and database expertise; type no less than 35 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents including pleadings and motions.
• E-file all court documents in state and federal court.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
