Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, other firms, the court, and litigation support vendors.
• Maintain attorney calendar and deadlines.
• Review and summarize medical records.
• Review and summarize medical service billing records.
• Extract relevant information from investigative documents such as police reports, surveillance reports, and government agency records.
• Prepare files for upcoming depositions, hearings, mediations and trial.
• Handle pleading shells/drafts for attorney review.
• File and serve documents as needed.
• Review court procedures and ensure compliance with specific county and judge rules.
• Performs other duties as necessary.
