• Organize files and communications for pre-trial, trial, and post-trial phases.
• Review court dockets and e-filing notifications; support counsel through all litigation stages.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery demands/responses, trial lists, and related documents.
• Intake and organize large volumes of document production from clients and others.
