Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation/construction paralegal experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required.
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
• Experience with discovery, case prep, and trial materials.

Responsibilities

• Review documents including medical, financial, tax, and employment records.
• Create detailed medical and factual chronologies.
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness files.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and support services.
• Manage and organize electronic and physical case files.
• Generate status reports and case indexes.
• Conduct legal and medical research, including expert materials.
