Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation/construction paralegal experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree required; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
• Experience managing discovery, organizing case files, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Obtain, review, and analyze documents including medical, financial, tax, and employment records.
• Create detailed medical and factual chronologies.
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness files.
• Compile evidence through discovery documents, transcripts, records, libraries, and databases.
• Manage and organize electronic and physical case files.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and support services.
• Generate status reports, logs, and case indexes.
• Correspond with clients and opposing law firms.
• Conduct legal and medical research, including review of expert materials.
• Communicate with experts and analyze their qualifications, prior testimony, transcripts, and publications.
