Responsibilities

• Obtaining, reviewing, and analyzing medical, financial, employment, tax, and other records.
• Preparing detailed medical and factual chronologies.
• Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical case files.
• Preparing trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness materials.
• Compiling and analyzing evidence from discovery, records, transcripts, and databases.
• Coordinating with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
• Generating case status reports, logs, and indexes.
• Conducting legal and medical research.
• Reviewing expert materials, including prior testimony and publications.
• Assisting attorneys with trial preparation and other litigation support needs.
