Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years’ relevant work experience required.
• Prefer Bachelor’s degree.
• Prefer paralegal certificate.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and research facts to assist attorney.
• Prepare and organize medical records and damage summaries.
• Maintain case management: organize files, log mail, draft correspondence.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and updates.
• Assist with settlement documentation and disbursements.
• Prepare file for litigation transfer when necessary.
