Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation process.
• Experience with discovery management, court filings and deadlines, and trial preparation.

Responsabilités

• Execute litigation support tasks to ensure case progression and deadlines are met.
• Maintain case calendars and deadline tracking; escalate risks before deadlines.
• Manage digital and physical case files; ensure proper labeling and version control; update PracticePanther.
• Draft and organize discovery requests and responses; coordinate evidence collection.
• Record time activity and assist with billing documentation to ensure unbilled work is captured.
