The role covers all stages of a case, from evaluating potential claims and gathering records through discovery, trial preparation, and resolution. Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with case investigation, development, and management throughout the litigation process.
• Conduct client intake, collect supporting information, and follow up on missing records or documentation.
• Maintain regular client communication regarding case updates, document requests, and outstanding items.
• Organize electronic case files and ensure correspondence, records, and other materials are saved accurately.
• Calendar and monitor filing deadlines, hearings, depositions, and discovery obligations.
• Prepare pleadings, correspondence, discovery documents, subpoenas, notices, and other legal materials under attorney supervision.
• Assist with electronic filings in state and federal courts.
• Coordinate document collection, review, and production during discovery.
• Review and summarize records, develop case timelines, and organize evidence for attorney review.
• Prepare exhibits, binders, and supporting materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics with clients, counsel, court personnel, experts, and outside vendors.
• Monitor case progress and proactively follow up on pending tasks.
• Provide document preparation and administrative support, including scanning, copying, and organizing case materials.
• Protect confidential information and assist with additional projects as needed.
