Job summary

Lazer Logistics seeks a Paralegal in Litigation to support auto liability and general liability claims. The role partners with outside counsel, insurance carriers, and the Safety team to manage subpoenas, discovery, and coverage analysis.

The ideal candidate has AL/GL or insurance-defense experience, can handle multiple matters and deadlines independently, and will maintain matter tracking in SharePoint and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AL/GL or insurance-defense experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple active matters and deadlines independently.
• Experience coordinating subpoenas and discovery with outside counsel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day handling of litigated AL/GL claims from receipt to resolution.
• Serve as liaison to outside counsel on active matters, tracking deadlines and budgets.
• Provide backup support on employment litigation as needed.
• Support insurance coverage analysis and track tenders and correspondence.
• Gather and organize evidence and incident documentation for litigation.
• Maintain accurate matter and claims tracking in internal systems and produce status reports.
