A detail-oriented legal professional with a strong foundation in litigation support and a passion for high-stakes legal work
Experienced in managing complex case files, coordinating with attorneys, and navigating court procedures with confidence
Skilled in legal research, drafting, and document management
Proficient in legal software and tools, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, with a strong eye for accuracy and organization
Hold a bachelor’s degree and bring at least two years of litigation paralegal experience, including trial preparation
What You’ll Do
Support attorneys through all stages of litigation, from case initiation to appeals
Organize and maintain case materials, both digitally and physically, to ensure seamless access and retrieval
Draft legal documents, correspondence, and filings, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines
Coordinate discovery efforts, including document production, subpoenas, and deposition logistics
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on eDiscovery and trial preparation
Monitor court dockets and maintain accurate internal records for assigned matters
Assist in preparing exhibits and materials for hearings, depositions, and trials
