Overview

Litigation Paralegal (Long‑Term Care Defense) — Remote-first position with preference for candidates located in Tennessee.

Make an impact supporting complex long‑term care liability matters. You’ll work closely with attorneys across the full litigation lifecycle—from early discovery through trial prep—while enjoying the autonomy of a remote-first environment.

What you’ll do

• Draft, review, and organize litigation documents (pleadings, discovery requests/responses).
• Compile/manage discovery and maintain well-structured case files.
• Docket deadlines and track case activity.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and vendors to gather records and evidence.

What you’ll bring

• 2–3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (long‑term care defense ideal; plaintiff-side experience considered).
• Paralegal certificate preferred (not required).
• Excellent organization and time management; self-starter in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, OneDrive, and SharePoint; eDiscovery experience is a plus.
