Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. is partnering with a confidential Phoenix law firm to hire a Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff). This hybrid role supports complex plaintiff-side litigation from inception through trial and requires at least 3 years of paralegal experience.
The successful candidate will draft pleadings, manage e-filing, assist with discovery, and prepare trial materials while coordinating with attorneys and clients in a collaborative environment.
Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000 annually

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a confidential law firm in Phoenix, AZ, seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with strong plaintiff-side litigation experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting complex cases from inception through trial.
Draft, proofread, and prepare pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and legal documents
Handle state, federal, and appellate court filings, including e-filing
Support all phases of discovery, including document review, production, privilege logs, redactions, and e-discovery
Conduct legal and factual research using LexisNexis and Westlaw
Prepare materials for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial
Create trial notebooks, exhibit binders, and witness materials
Maintain case files, calendars, and document management systems
Communicate professionally with clients and other case stakeholders
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience required
Experience supporting plaintiff-side litigation required, including class action matters preferred
Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and ECF filing systems
Experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation materials
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, LexisNexis, and/or Westlaw
Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
Hybrid schedule after training and onboarding
