This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal in our Tampa, FL office. The office is in the Bayshore/Hyde Park area with parking. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, reviewing and managing case documents, conducting thorough legal research, and assisting in drafting pleadings and motions. The role will involve supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process and ensuring timely and accurate completion of assignments. Ability to take a case from inception through trial including obtaining records from non-parties, retention of experts, ability to maintain a medical chronology, and other general forward movement of a case. Critical skills for the candidate include trial experience, organization, communication skills, strong team player and professional appearance.
