Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. seeks an experienced Insurance Defense / Medical Malpractice Paralegal in the Tampa area.

The role supports attorneys on complex litigation, including case management and trial prep, with duties spanning document drafting, medical record review, and deposition coordination. Requirements include at least 3 years of paralegal experience in defense or complex litigation, Florida procedures familiarity, strong organization, and proficiency in MS Office and case

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in insurance defense, medical malpractice, or complex litigation.
• Strong understanding of Florida state court procedures and litigation processes.
• Experience handling and analyzing large volumes of medical records.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys handling complex litigation matters while playing a key role in case management and trial preparation.

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
