Boohoff Law is seeking an elite paralegal to join our top-performing litigation team in Florida. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a senior trial attorney on high-stakes personal injury cases, coordinating discovery, calendars, and trial preparations.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with a senior litigation attorney and support high-stakes personal injury cases through the entire litigation process.
• Manage case calendars, draft discovery, prep exhibits, coordinate depositions and mediations—prepare for trial.
• File and schedule through e-portals to keep cases moving efficiently.
• Ensure details are dialed in, functioning like a project manager in a high-performance team.

• File and schedule through e-portals, and keep our cases moving efficiently.
• Ensure every detail is dialed in — because the best paralegals are also project managers in disguise.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven personal injury experience — if you’ve been a PI paralegal or a former bodily injury adjuster, you’ll hit the ground running.
• A solid grasp of Florida car insurance laws.
• Exceptional communication skills — with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Obsessive attention to detail, organized systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-reward environment.
