Boohoff Law Auto Accident Attorneys is seeking a meticulous Litigation Assistant to work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior litigation professionals in a fast-paced personal injury practice. You will help organize case files, exhibits, and filings, coordinating hearings and depositions while learning court e-portals and client communications.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Litigation Assistant or Legal Assistant is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail who takes ownership of their work.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with a senior litigation Paralegal to support high-stakes personal injury cases throughout the litigation process.
• Assist Paralegals manage attorney calendars, coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial schedules.
• Help prepare and organize case files, exhibits, correspondence, and litigation documents.
• Learn how to file pleadings and other documents through court e-portals while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Learn the process of Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, medical providers, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
