Boohoff Law in Tampa, FL is seeking a Litigation Assistant to support a senior trial attorney and a seasoned paralegal on high-stakes personal injury cases.

You'll gain hands-on experience, manage calendars, filings through e-portals, and coordinate hearings, depositions, and trials while developing professional skills in a collaborative, high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with a senior litigation Paralegal to support high-stakes personal injury cases throughout the litigation process.
• Assist Paralegals manage attorney calendars, coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial schedules.
• Help prepare and organize case files, exhibits, correspondence, and litigation documents.
• Learn how to file pleadings and other documents through court e-portals while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, medical providers, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
