Job summary

Boohoff Law in Seattle seeks an elite paralegal to join a top-performing litigation team. You’ll work one-on-one with a senior trial attorney on high-stakes personal injury cases, managing calendars, drafting discovery, and preparing exhibits to support trial readiness.

The ideal candidate has proven PI experience, a solid grasp of Washington car insurance laws, and exceptional communication within a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support high-stakes personal injury cases through the litigation process.
• Manage case calendars, draft discovery, prep exhibits, and coordinate depositions and mediations.
• File and schedule through e-portals and keep cases moving efficiently.
• Act as a project manager for case details to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with a senior litigation attorney and support high-stakes personal injury cases through the entire litigation process.
• Manage case calendars, draft discovery, prep exhibits, coordinate depos and mediations — and help us walk into trial with confidence.
• File and schedule through e-portals, and keep our cases moving efficiently.
• Ensure every detail is dialed in — because the best paralegals are also project managers in disguise.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven personal injury experience— if you’ve been a PI paralegal you’ll hit the ground running.
• A solid grasp of Washington car insurance laws.
• Exceptional communication skills — with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel.
