Job summary

gpac is seeking a Litigation Paralegal in Seattle, WA with a hybrid work arrangement. The role supports complex civil matters from case development and discovery through trial preparation, collaborating closely with attorneys to drive deadlines and organize materials.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of litigation paralegal experience, a solid understanding of Washington and federal court procedures, and strong writing and organizational skills. A paralegal certificate or degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Knowledge of Washington state and federal court procedures and e-filing.
• Experience supporting discovery, document production, and privilege logs.
• Ability to prepare materials for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Experience drafting and organizing pleadings, subpoenas, exhibits, and case files.
• Strong organization, communication, and deadline management.
• Ability to manage multiple active litigation matters.
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred.
