Job summary

Talently is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our plaintiff-focused team in Santa Ana, CA. This full-time, on-site role supports attorneys through all stages of litigation from case preparation to mediation and settlement, with a focus on compliance, discovery, and timely filings.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), experienced in filing and e-filing in state and federal courts, and adept at managing a busy caseload with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience managing cases through litigation, mediation and settlement.
• Experience filing/e-filing in state and federal courts.
• Experience propounding and responding to discovery.
• Strong organization, communication, multitasking, and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned cases through all stages of litigation, including mediation and settlement.
• Prepare and complete state and federal court filings, including electronic filing.
• Propound and respond to written discovery and coordinate discovery workflows.
• Track case deadlines, maintain files, and ensure accurate case management records.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and other parties to support case progress.
• Assist with litigation preparation and manage a busy caseload with attention to detail.
