What you'll be doing:

• Managing litigation files from inception through trial
• Drafting and preparing pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Coordinating depositions, mediations, inspections, and expert discovery
• Assisting with trial preparation, exhibits, witness files, and trial logistics
• Maintaining case calendars and litigation deadlines
• Working directly with attorneys, clients, experts, and vendors

What we are looking for:
