Job description

Our client is a law firm with offices across the United States. They are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join the team. The position is onsite five days per week at their beautiful office in Los Angeles.

Job Details

• Assist with all phases of litigation, from investigation to trial
• Maintain record of billable hours
• Prepare legal documents and deposition materials
• Coordinate discovery process
• Create case chronologies, including evidence and exhibits
• File and update case pleadings
• Maintain and update litigation and docketing calendar
• Perform extensive legal and factual research
• Salary Range: $90-110k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of state and federal courts
• Must have experience with E-discovery and trial preparation
• Top-notch legal research, writing, and proofreading skills
