Qualifications

• Must have catastrophic Personal Injury experience (minimum 3 years) in a legal setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Windows based operating systems, including Microsoft 365.
• Use of electronic filing system (PA and NJ).
• Experience with TimeMatters software is a plus.
• Excellent proofreading skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

You will provide overall support to attorney's business needs in a fast-paced work environment. Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
