Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is seeking a Litigation Paralegal in New Jersey to support attorneys through the litigation process, manage case calendars, discovery, and filings, and keep matters organized and compliant.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in plaintiff-side personal injury, with strong organizational and communication skills. Spanish fluency is highly preferred. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 annually with full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with personal injury matters from filing through resolution
• Prepare and coordinate filing and service of complaints and pleadings
• Draft, answer, and manage discovery requests and responses
• Prepare and track motions, court filings, and related documents
• Maintain case calendars and deadlines
• Monitor court orders and ensure timely actions
• Obtain medical records and documentation from providers and third parties
• Conduct basic legal research and assist with case preparation
• Keep case files organized and up to date
• Communicate with attorneys, medical providers, courts, and others as needed

A growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in New Jersey is looking to add a skilled Litigation Paralegal to its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who enjoys a busy litigation practice, takes ownership of their work, and wants to contribute to a team focused on achieving strong results for its clients.

The Litigation Paralegal will work directly with attorneys throughout the litigation process and play an important role in keeping cases organized, moving forward, and compliant with all applicable deadlines and court requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist attorneys with personal injury matters from the litigation stage through resolution
• Prepare and coordinate the filing and service of complaints and other pleadings
• Assist with drafting, answering, and managing discovery requests and responses
• Prepare and track motions, court filings, and related litigation documents
• Maintain case calendars, scheduling systems, and critical litigation deadlines
• Monitor court orders and ensure required actions are completed on time
• Obtain medical records, bills, reports, and other documentation from providers and third parties
• Conduct basic legal research and assist attorneys with case preparation
• Keep case files accurate, organized, and up to date
• Communicate with attorneys, medical providers, courts, and other parties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of paralegal experience, ideally within plaintiff-side personal injury
• Working knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court filing requirements
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay ahead of multiple deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing responsibilities
• Proficiency with litigation calendaring and case management
• Spanish fluency is highly preferred
• Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented work style
