We regularly appear in the Palm Beach County Probate Division representing fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and families in complex matters that often require urgent action and strategic thinking and meticulous litigation management and execution.

Kitroser Lewis & Mighdoll is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in probate and guardianship litigation matters, including time-sensitive and emergent proceedings primarily in Palm Beach County. This position plays a critical role in supporting the litigation team through case administration, document preparation, court filings, discovery coordination and consistent client communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation environment where attention to detail, strong judgement and clear communication are essential.This is a full-time, in-person position based in North Palm Beach, Florida.
