Career Group seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal to provide advanced civil litigation support to attorneys across all phases of cases. The role includes mentoring junior paralegals and serving as a procedural rules expert in a collaborative mid-sized firm environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of litigation experience, strong MS Office skills, and travel willingness for out-of-state assignments. Location is Midtown NYC with a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong trial experience.
• 8+ years' experience in the litigation field, preferably in a mid-to-large sized firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the Pacer ECF system, and the NYS Court Filings System.
• Strong proofreading and research skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, handle urgent projects and tight deadlines and be willing to travel for out of state work.

Our client, a distinguished mid-sized law firm, is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their impressive and collaborative team! This role will provide advanced litigation support to attorneys in all phases of complex civil litigation, and will serve as a key resource on procedural rules, court requirements, and best practices, and may mentor junior paralegals.

Location

Midtown NYC

Hybrid

3 days on-site, 2 days remote

Compensation

$125-145k base salary + discretionary bonus and competitive benefits
