Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with business litigation preferred.
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred with knowledge of court procedures and the litigation process.
• Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills for a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with NYSCEF, PACER, NJ eCourts, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and iManage is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and electronically file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery through NYSCEF, PACER and NJ eCourts with accuracy.
• Maintain attorney calendars and court deadlines, and coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings.
• Support attorneys with case management, docketing, discovery, document production, and trial preparation.
• Organize exhibits and case files, maintaining professional communications with clients, courts, vendors and internal teams.

The New York office is expanding and seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a growing team handling sophisticated business litigation matters in state and federal courts. This role is ideal for a seasoned paralegal who values teamwork professional growth and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and electronically file pleadings motions subpoenas and discovery materials through NYSCEF PACER and NJ eCourts with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain attorney calendars and court deadlines while coordinating hearings depositions mediations and meetings
• Support attorneys with case management docketing discovery document production and trial preparation
• Organize exhibits binders and electronic and physical case files while communicating professionally with clients courts vendors and internal teams

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience with business litigation experience preferred
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred with a strong understanding of court procedures discovery and the litigation process
• Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Proficiency with NYSCEF PACER NJ eCourts Microsoft Office Suite Adobe iManage and litigation support software preferred
