Brodie Law Group is seeking a Family Law Paralegal to join our team and assist in delivering top-notch legal services to clients facing sensitive family law matters. What You’ll Do:

  • Assist attorneys with the preparation, filing, and management of legal documents related to family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support matters.
  • Conduct legal research and compile information relevant to cases.
  • Manage case files, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, answer questions, and offer reassurance during stressful times.
  • Coordinate with court personnel, opposing counsel, and other parties as necessary.
  • Help manage deadlines, hearings, and attorney calendars in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit professionalism and tact when dealing with sensitive or emotionally charged situations.

  • Prior experience as a paralegal, particularly in family law, is preferred but not required.
