Our client is a global provider of information-based analytics and decision tools for professional and business customers. They assist researchers, healthcare professionals, lawyers, and financial institutions in making informed decisions, improving lives, preventing fraud, and evaluating risks. Their events combine in-person and digital experiences to facilitate learning, sourcing, and transactions.

We are seeking a contract Attorney Editor to review and update practical guidance and templates for an online legal product tailored for attorneys, and to create new content as needed. This is a flexible, remote, part-time role based in Georgia, requiring 5-15 hours per week, with deadlines to meet.

Responsibilities
  1. Draft, review, and revise family law guidance templates, affidavits, agreements, and related documents.
  2. Enhance existing documents with state-specific, practical guidance based on Georgia law, local customs, and legal practice experience.
Qualifications
  1. Law degree from an accredited law school.
  2. Member, in good standing, of the Georgia State Bar.
  3. 5+ years of experience practicing family law.
  4. Substantive experience drafting affidavits, agreements, and family law documents.
  5. Strong writing, editing, and legal research skills.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Word with track changes and online research.
  7. Effective communication skills.
  8. Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks independently.
