• Proficiency with the Florida E-Filing Portal, court docket systems, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced practice

Responsibilities

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal
• Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate hearings, mediations, and trials
• Communicate with clients, property managers, opposing counsel, and court staff
• Assist attorneys with discovery, document production, and trial preparation
• Prepare judgment packets and coordinate post-judgment enforcement (including writs of possession)
• Maintain organized case files and support efficient workflow across the litigation team
