Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a litigation or eviction paralegal in a Florida law firm.
• Thorough knowledge of Florida landlord-tenant law and eviction procedures.
• Proficiency with the Florida E-Filing Portal, court docket systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced practice.
• Paralegal Certificate or degree preferred; Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal.
• Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate with clients, property managers, opposing counsel, and court staff.
• Assist attorneys with discovery, document production, and trial preparation.
• Prepare judgment packets and coordinate post-judgment enforcement (including writs of possession).
• Maintain organized case files and support efficient workflow across the litigation team.
