Job summary

Germer PLLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to provide high-level support to attorneys in our Insurance/Personal Injury Defense and Products Liability teams. The successful candidate will manage the docket from inception through trial or dismissal while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent litigation paralegal experience, preferably in defense litigation.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court filings, and case management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Paralegal Certificate or degree in legal studies is preferred, but not required.

• Assist with deposition and trial preparations
• Provide additional administrative and litigation support as needed
