Job summary

Germer PLLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to provide high-level support to attorneys in our Insurance/Personal Injury Defense and Products Liability teams. The successful candidate will manage the docket from inception through trial or dismissal.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong administrative experience, and the ability to think independently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent litigation paralegal experience
• Preferably in defense litigation
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court filings, and case management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Paralegal Certificate or degree in legal studies is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with case management from inception thorough resolution
• Draft, prepare, and revise pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and other legal documents
• Coordinate court filings and e-filing
• Organize and maintain case files and documents productions
• Track deadlines and maintain calendars
• Subpoenaing medical records
• Retention and coordination of expert witnesses
• Assist with deposition and trial preparations
• Provide additional administrative and litigation support as needed

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong professional administrative experience, and the ability to think independently in a fast-paced legal environment. A successful candidate will maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:
