Duties:

  1. Represent clients in antitrust litigation, including cartel cases, monopolization, and price-fixing claims
  2. Advise on merger control matters, including preparing filings and navigating regulatory reviews
  3. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and other related documents
  4. Collaborate with senior attorneys on the development of case strategies
  5. Communicate with clients regarding case status and strategy recommendations
  6. Participate in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
  7. Stay updated on developments in antitrust laws and regulations, ensuring clients receive timely legal guidance

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control
  2. Proven ability to handle complex legal issues with attention to detail and strategic thinking
  3. Strong legal writing and research skills, with an emphasis on clarity and precision
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  5. A proactive and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills

Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
Active Bar membership in the state of California
