This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-moving, high-volume legal environment and is motivated by complex litigation related to cyber issues. The position offers a fully remote work arrangement, ongoing mentorship, immediate client interaction, and opportunities for direct case involvement from day one.

Duties:

1. Handle litigation matters involving cyber law, data breaches, and related digital disputes
2. Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
3. Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations
4. Attend virtual court hearings, depositions, and client meetings
5. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary legal team to develop case strategies
6. Maintain case files and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the state of California (in good standing)
• 2-8 years of hands-on experience in litigation
• Proven ability to manage case responsibilities independently
• Familiarity with issues surrounding cybersecurity, data privacy, and information governance

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:
