Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP seeks a proactive Matter Intake Coordinator to join the Litigation Support team. You will open new client matters, run conflict checks, and communicate status from initiation to completion while safeguarding client data and ensuring policy compliance.

The role supports busy partners and attorneys, collaborates with the Intake & Conflicts Services team, and helps maintain accurate matter records and reports.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience for essential duties.
• Minimum two years in a legal or professional services firm; finance experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain data security.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of matter openings and conflicts checks.
• Submit new matters via Intapp and coordinate with Intake & Conflicts Services.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and validate permissions.
• Generate routine reports and support expense reporting.
• Suggest process improvements to data collection and UX.
• Provide administrative support to Legal Support Administration.
