Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in a legal or professional services firm.
• Experience with finance practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of matter openings and conflicts checks.
• Submit new matter requests via Intapp and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and client permissions.
• Support reports and expense management for Legal Support Administration.
• Recommend process improvements to data collection and UX.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

2+ years in a legal or professional services firm
