Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Matter Intake Coordinator to join the Litigation Support team in Los Angeles. You will manage high volumes of matter openings and conflicts checks, coordinate with the Intake & Conflicts Services teams, and ensure confidentiality and policy compliance throughout the process.

• Two years of relevant experience in a legal or professional services setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of matter openings and conflicts checks with accuracy.
• Submit new matter requests via Intapp and coordinate with Intake & Conflicts Services teams.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and protect client and matter data.
• Support reporting tasks and expense processing for the Legal Support Administration.
