Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking a Matter Intake Coordinator to join the Litigation Support team in Philadelphia. This role opens high volumes of new client matters, runs conflicts checks, and coordinates with attorneys from initiation to completion while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

You will submit requests via Intapp, track progress, provide administrative support, and help improve data collection and user experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience or training.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a legal or professional services firm.
Experience working with finance practices preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle high volumes of matter openings and conflicts checks.
Submit new matter requests via Intapp and respond to inquiries from the Intake & Conflicts Services teams.
Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures, including matter and client permissions.
Track status and communicate with attorneys throughout matter openings and conflicts checks.
Provide administrative support such as routine reports and expense reports.
Recommend enhancements to processes and system configurations to improve data collection and user experience.
