The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience, strong MS Office and Westlaw/LexisNexis skills, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year experience as a legal assistant, preferably in creditors' rights or real estate law; willingness to train the right candidates.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Texas foreclosure laws and procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Litigation Paralegal specializing in creditors' rights, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of litigation related to Texas foreclosure and title curative matters.
