LOGS Legal Group is seeking a Legal Assistant to support creditor rights matters for financial institutions. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow directions, and accurate work products.

The position is full-time with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. 勤務 is in the United States; responsibilities include updating firm and client systems, organizing documents, and assisting with court filings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in data entry or legal assistant role preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and knowledge of default servicing space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support creditor rights matters for financial institutions.
• Update internal and client systems within required timeframes.
• Sort, scan, categorize, label, and file legal documents.
• Complete assigned work queue items accurately and on time.
• Assist with preparing items for court appearances and review incoming documents.
