Qualifications

• 2–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Proficient in legal document preparation and file management.
• Experience drafting pleadings and simple motions.
• Familiar with state and federal e-filing.
• Experience with document management systems (iManage preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Calendaring all case deadlines, depositions, and court appearances.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professionalism.
• Proactive, reliable, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support two attorneys in all stages of litigation.
• Handle administrative duties and case management in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare pleadings and motions; manage calendar and deadlines.
• Coordinate court filings and communicate with court personnel.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion in all matters.
