CVS Health is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to join the Litigation Team. This role requires professionalism, organization, and confidentiality. You will perform paralegal and administrative tasks for the Healthcare Business and support in-house attorneys with various matters.

The position emphasizes managing subpoenas, discovery, and reporting, while supporting travel and settlement-related processes. A paralegal certificate is preferred, and the role offers a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal support experience with subpoena processing and small claims litigation.
• 2+ years of research experience.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the litigation matter intake process and track matters in the Legal Tracker system.
• Independently manage subpoenas and requests for records from government agencies and others.
• Support in-house attorneys on NSA Act and related administrative proceedings.
• Coordinate discovery: issue holds, collect documents, track deadlines, collaborate with stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support including travel, reimbursements and check requests for settlements.
• Prepare and distribute litigation matter reports for case management and reporting.
• Lead or contribute to special legal projects and initiatives.
