CVS Health is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to join the Litigation Team. This full-time role supports in-house attorneys handling Healthcare Business matters, with a focus on confidentiality, organization, and meeting firm deliverables.

Required: 2+ years of legal support with subpoenas and small claims litigation; paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred. Anticipated 40-hour work week; competitive pay and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal support experience with subpoena processing and small claims litigation.
• 2+ years of research experience.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the litigation matter intake process and track matters in the Legal Tracker system.
• Independently manage subpoenas and records requests from state/government agencies.
• Provide administrative support to in-house attorneys on NSA Act matters and discovery.
• Coordinate discovery by issuing legal holds and tracking deadlines.
