• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, processes and court rules/procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Aufgaben

• Calendaring state and federal court deadlines.
• Preparing basic notices, filings, and correspondence.
• Proofreading letters, motions, discovery, and pleadings.
• E-filing in state and federal courts.
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, vendors, and court personnel.
• Scheduling and preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings.
• Pulling and organizing cases from Westlaw.
• Conducting internet research and maintaining organized case files.
