Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal support experience with subpoena processing and small claims litigation.
• 2+ years of research experience.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain litigation matter intake, open/close matters in Legal Tracker, manage workflow and assignments.
• Independently handle subpoenas and requests for records from state/government agencies and other requestors.
• Support in-house attorneys on NSA and related administrative proceedings.
